* Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
* Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external professionals regarding children's needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting.
* Drive initiatives that support the overall development of early childhood education within the facility.
*Experience*
* Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* A background in nursery settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
