Little Larges Day Nursery is looking for a caring, energetic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education.
Main Duties
- Provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children’s emotional, social and educational development
- Plan and carry out engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies are followed at all times
- Observe, monitor and record children’s progress
- Support meal times, sleep routines and daily care needs
- Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about childcare and child development
- Reliable, positive and professional attitude
- Safeguarding and paediatric first aid training preferred
- Experience working in a nursery setting preferred
