Little Larges Day Nursery is looking for a caring, energetic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality childcare and early years education.

Main Duties

  • Provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years
  • Support children’s emotional, social and educational development
  • Plan and carry out engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies are followed at all times
  • Observe, monitor and record children’s progress
  • Support meal times, sleep routines and daily care needs
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about childcare and child development
  • Reliable, positive and professional attitude
  • Safeguarding and paediatric first aid training preferred
  • Experience working in a nursery setting preferred
