We are looking for a passionate, energetic and genuinely hospitality focused Barista to join the team at our newly re-launched Yurt Café at The Cricketers on the Green. This is not just a coffee job. We are building a busy, quality driven café experience focused around exceptional coffee, warm service and creating a destination people want to return to daily. From morning coffees and matcha to toasties, pastries and weekend brunch trade, we are looking for somebody who thrives in a fast paced environment and genuinely loves looking after people.
The Role Will Involve:
- Preparing high quality coffee consistently during busy periods
- Delivering warm, friendly and professional service
- Working with a premium La Marzocco coffee setup using only the best Origin Speciality coffee beans
- Helping maintain standards across cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Supporting with light food preparation and service
- Creating a positive atmosphere and being part of a strong opening team culture
- Handling busy services calmly and efficiently
We Are Looking For Somebody Who:
- Has previous barista experience in a quality café or hospitality environment
- Works well under pressure and can manage high volume periods confidently
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, hardworking and organised
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Brings energy, personality and positivity to the team
