The Leicester Arms in Penshurst, Kent, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team after a refurbishment. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain top quality and ensure every dish is prepared and presented to a high standard.
You’ll contribute to menu development, train and motivate junior staff, and help manage food prep, stock and waste while pursuing profitable kitchen operations.
