With an ambitious kitchen team and exciting plans for growth, we\’re now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join us.

About The Role
As Sous Chef, you\’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, playing a vital part in both the daily running of the kitchen and shaping the menu. You\’ll be hands-on in service, lead by example, and ensure consistency, creativity, and high standards across every plate that leaves the pass.

Responsibilities Include

• Supporting the Head Chef in menu development and specials
• Running shifts and managing the kitchen team in their absence
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Training and developing junior chefs
• Helping manage stock, ordering, and GP targets

About You

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Passion for seasonal and locally sourced food
• Calm, organised, and able to thrive in a busy service
• A team player who leads with positivity and professionalism
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and compliance
