About You

  • Ambitious Head Chef with at least 2 years’ experience cooking to 2–3 AA Rosette level.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and determined, ready for a new challenge.
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach to running a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of managing a professional kitchen, including budgeted GPs and 5‑star Food Hygiene.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience building, motivating and developing teams to get the best results at all times.
  • Passion for imparting knowledge and training both FOH and BOH teams.
  • Passion for working with the best produce.
