We are looking for a passionate, people focused, and guest obsessed Area Operations Manager to join our team here at Little & Large Pub Company and help us achieve our goals and growth. You will have an area of 4 pubs, covering South East London, Kent & Surrey. This role reports into Managing Director & Head of Hospitality, sitting within our London site. Along with a competitive salary, car allowance and 28 days holiday, other benefits include employee discount, as well as operations bonus scheme aligned to your individual and regional performance.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be passionate about developing and growing your patch of pubs – enabling everyone to reach their full potential and drive sales through their businesses.
