We are looking for a passionate, people focused, and guest obsessed General Manager to join our team here at The Cricketers on the Green and help us achieve our goals and growth. The General Manager at The Cricketers on the Green is responsible for leading the pub with energy, pride and complete ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of the business, ensuring that every guest receives warm, professional and memorable hospitality, every team member is supported and held to high standards, and every area of the pub operates with consistency, care and commercial focus.
You will have full P&L responsibility with a focus on driving sales, being guest obsessed, and delivering on key KPIs both financial and people focused. You’ll be passionate about developing and growing your pub enabling everyone to reach their full potential and drive sales through their business. A real team player.
