Little & Large Pub Company is looking for an experienced Operations Director to join their team and focus on food-led sites. Following recent growth of the business, we are looking to appoint an Operations Director for the first time to oversee their GMs and portfolio, preferably South London based, but will consider close by.

The key part of this role is someone with a strong background in high-end gastro pubs who already has experience in an operations manager or area manager role.
