Little and Large Pub Company is looking for an experiencedGroup Executive Chefto lead their food let sites. With 4 sites to manage this is a faced paced environment where you will need strong leadership, menu innovation, and cost control.

This group prides itself on authentic flavours, innovative menus, and a commitment to quality. Your role will be to drive menu development, and maintain excellence across all sites

The Leicester Arms Country Inn, Penshurst, Kent

The Ideal Group Executive Chef Will Have:

• Proven high-volume restaurant & pub experience
• Menu development
• Strong leader trains teams, controls waste, manages GP
• Stable career history
• Drive Recruitment
• Procurement
