Little Lambs Kindergarten are looking for a caring, patient and experienced practitioner to join our team, supporting a child with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. This role would suit somebody with experience working within Early Years, SEND, education, care or support work, who has a good understanding of child development, emotional regulation and supporting children with a variety of additional needs.

We are looking for somebody who is calm, nurturing and emotionally attuned, who can build positive relationships and respond with empathy, consistency and understanding.
