The Role
As Senior Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead Front of House, Kitchen, and Bar teams while driving performance, developing managers, and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations across all departments.
- Deputise for senior site leadership when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive leadership and service recovery.
- Drive Health & Safety, Food Safety, and compliance standards.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of high-performing teams.
- Oversee labour forecasting, rota planning, and operational reporting.
- Monitor costs, analyse performance, and drive commercial results.
- Maintain brand standards and company culture through visible leadership.
- Inspire, coach, and develop managers and team members.
About You
- Current Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Senior Floor Manager in a high-volume venue.
- Experience leading large teams within busy hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of fresh-food-led operations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Licensing compliance.
- Commercially aware with experience managing labour costs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused leadership style.
