The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Leading sessions for children 18 months to 8 years. Our Lead Coaches are the friendly faces bringing energy, fun, and plenty of smiles to every Little Kickers session! With a passion for helping young children discover the joy of football, they create exciting classes where children can learn, play, and build confidence.

Each session is carefully planned to be engaging, active, and full of encouragement. Whether it’s a child’s very first kick of the ball or developing new football skills, our Lead Coaches ensure every child feels included, supported, and proud of what they achieve.

Known for their enthusiasm, organisation, and positive attitude, they work closely as a team to deliver classes that are not only great for developing football skills but also teamwork, listening skills, and confidence. Most importantly, our Lead Coaches believe football should always be fun first — so expect lots of laughter, high-fives, and proud moments on the pitch!

Location: West Midlands (various locations)

Starting Hours: 3.5 – 7

Start Day(s)/Date: Saturdays & Sundays (occasional weekday shifts) Must be available at least one weekend day

Hourly Wage: TBC

Requirements: 18+ Experienced Leading Children’s Sport Sessions or working in an educational setting.
