Little Kickers Cheshire West, Chester, Ellesmere Port and Runcorn are looking for energetic individuals to deliver fun, football classes to children aged between 18 months and 8 years for weekend work; mostly morning.

The right candidate does not need to be an experienced sports coach. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that loves to work with children. We can teach you the rest.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
  • Lead Coach: Lead football sessions alongside either one or two assistants.
  • Assistant Coach: Assist the lead coach in setting up games, demonstrating, and assisting the children.
  • Ensure the safety of children and adults attending.
  • Communicate with parents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be professional, punctual, and reliable.

Training provided (online and on-site).

We are particularly interested in speaking with people that have a background as:

  • Early Years Practitioner
  • Fitness Instructor
  • Football / Sports Coach
  • Sports Leader
  • GTP or PGCE Students
  • Trainee Teacher

Location: Chester, Runcorn, Ellesmere Port, Kelsall

Starting Hours: Part-time weekend hours. Additional hours available in the future. Saturday and/or Sunday mornings 9-12 with weekday mornings becoming optionally available.

Start day(s)/date: ASAP

Hourly wage: Competitive pay of £8 - £18 depending on position, responsibilities, and previous experience.

Requirements:
  • Saturday and/or Sunday availability.
  • Be a loud presence and confident leading in front of children and adults.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Driving license and own transport is a bonus.
  • Available to work all year round (not suitable for students leaving town for long periods over summer).
