We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Football Coach to join our team to teach classes aimed at ages between 18 months to 8 years old. Our program and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere.
Duties:
- Planning and delivering tailored, fun football sessions (training and support is available).
- Managing class equipment and safety.
- Evaluate players’ performance during practices and matches, providing constructive feedback for improvement to parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages participation and sportsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player progress and team objectives.
Skills:
- Energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children.
- Able to be playful, fun and imaginative with children.
- Excellent communication skills to educate players effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to manage training sessions, matches, and player development plans.
- Knowledge of game strategies, rules, and regulations.
- Capability to assess player performance objectively and provide actionable feedback.
Requirements:
- Background Check (DBS).
- Hold a First Aid Certification.
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday mornings.
