Qualities & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate other Learning Support Assistants within the pathway team.
- Manage student records and plan interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to deliver effective support.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
- Strong understanding of special educational needs (SEN) and effective strategies for student support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Ability to lead and motivate other LSAs within the pathway team.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail when managing student records and planning interventions.
- Basic IT skills for record‑keeping and reporting purposes.
