We are a term time setting; however, we need someone willing to work some days/weeks during the holidays. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 2–4 years, helping them to thrive across all areas of development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using systems such as Tapestry
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities based on children’s interests
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality provision
- Follow all nursery policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
