Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the children's home..
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations..
- Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people..
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing staff team..
- Promote safeguarding and a therapeutic, child-centred environment..
- Ensure that the home is fully prepare the home for Ofsted registration and inspections..
Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare..
- Significant experience in residential childcare..
- Previous management or deputy management experience..
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding..
- Full UK driving licenceessential..
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends where requires..
