Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the children's home..
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations..
  • Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people..
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing staff team..
  • Promote safeguarding and a therapeutic, child-centred environment..
  • Ensure that the home is fully prepare the home for Ofsted registration and inspections..

Essential Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare..
  • Significant experience in residential childcare..
  • Previous management or deputy management experience..
  • Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding..
  • Full UK driving licenceessential..
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends where requires..
  • Responsible Individual (RI)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic oversight of the children's home..
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance..
  • Support the Registered Manager while maintaining effective quality assurance..
  • Promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children..
