What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting your room team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning
- Planning and overseeing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Acting as a role model for best practice in early years education
- Building strong partnerships with parents and guardians
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations and Little Harvard policies
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 6 in Childcare (Level 7/8 desirable)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Solid knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Confidence in mentoring and guiding team members
