Kilcock Little Harvard Kilcock is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre. Full‑Time Position Permanent, on‑site, in Kilcock, Ireland.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
- Ensure compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and other regulations
- Build strong relationships with families
- Assist with administration, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning
- Step into leadership when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus)
- Leadership or senior educator experience
- Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment
