Little Green Radicals is a fast-growing UK children's clothing brand specialising in organic cotton, ethical production, and thoughtful design. We are looking for a highly organised and analytical eCommerce Executive to support the performance and day-to-day optimisation of our ecommerce platform. This role involves onsite product management, customer journey improvements, and supporting growth initiatives across both B2C and B2B channels, and Marketplaces.

Working closely with marketing, operations, and agency teams, you will help implement testing, optimise user experience, maintain platform functionality, and ensure smooth ecommerce operations. This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team where attention to detail, proactivity, and strong execution are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify platforms (B2B & B2C)
  • Manage product uploads, collections, merchandising, and pricing, ensuring information is market-specific on Shopify and wholesale sales platforms (Faire, Ankorstore, Joor etc)
  • Assist with Shopify users, permissions, and basic security processes
  • Support Ecomm functionality across B2C and B2B (retail and wholesale)
  • Help implement, manage and optimise apps
  • Support localisation updates and translations
  • Responsible for consistency across international storefronts
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives
  • Implement UX improvements across product, collection, checkout and landing pages
  • Identify friction points and suggest improvements
  • Support personalised onsite experiences
  • Support SEO implementation through content updates and onsite improvements
  • Help maintain and update the brand's AI knowledge base
  • Ensure the brand is represented accurately on AI platforms
  • Support data analysis to inform testing and optimisation priorities
  • Assist with reporting on key ecommerce metrics (CR, AOV, traffic performance)
  • Stay informed on ecommerce and AI trends to support innovation
  • Support growth across key metrics: traffic, CPA, conversion rate (CR), CLV and AOV
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by liaising with external support teams and clearly communicating updates, resolutions, and timelines to internal stakeholders
  • Support integrations with ERP systems such as Brightpearl and Channel Engine across B2B, B2C and Marketplaces
  • Help improve operational workflows and automation where possible
  • Act as a reliable point of coordination between ecommerce, marketing, and operations teams
About You
  • 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
  • Enjoy finding solutions to challenges and fixing problems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data and reporting
  • Understanding of UX, CRO, and ecommerce best practice and a test and learn approach
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience
  • Shopify (admin, merchandising, apps)
  • ERP systems (Brightpearl or similar)
  • Google Analytics or equivalent analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing platforms
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ecommerce or internal efficiency
