Overview

Our Story Little Giraffes was born from one simple idea: to offer children the highest quality childcare through a bespoke holistic approach that sets new standards in the sector. Driven by a passion to give children the best possible start in life, Lance envisioned a space where inclusivity, learning, innovation, and quality were at the heart of everything. Recognising that the right team is the key to success, Lance was joined by James, who shared his vision. Over the course of a year, they worked to create what is now known as the ‘Little Giraffes way’ — a childcare model built on our core principles of being safe, open, and fun.

Our Services Little Giraffes provides Ofsted registered services to support families. Our current services are:

  • Pre School
  • Wraparound Holiday Club
  • INSET Day Childcare

Role Summary

The Deputy Manager (SENDCo) is part of the leadership on site, ensuring the children, families, staff, students, volunteers and visitors have a positive experience in line with Ofsted, EYFS and other regulatory requirements. They will lead by example, with a focus on children with SEND, fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment and driving continuous improvement to support us being a sector leader.

Working Hours

  • Permanent Term Time Contract (38 weeks annually)
  • 41.4 hours a week

Key Dates
