About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery. This is a room-based position where you will lead by example, support your team and help create a nurturing, enriching environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a dedicated nursery team
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day support to staff members
  • Take responsibility in the absence of the Manager
  • Be a positive role model for both children and staff
  • Help create an enriching, safe and stimulating environment within the nursery

Working Hours

07:00 - 18:00, with variable shifts between these times, 43.75 hours per week
