Deputy Manager (Room Based) – Edgeley Setting

Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (£34,125 per annum)

About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and leading your room team to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team within the nursery
• Support, mentor and guide staff to deliver outstanding practice
• Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Manager
• Act as a positive role model for both children and colleagues
• Create an engaging, safe and enriching environment for all children

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare

Working Hours:

• Between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with variable shifts
• 43.75 hours per week
