Little Giggles Nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Manager to join our warm and supportive team at our Edgeley setting. If you are motivated, nurturing and thrive in a leadership role within early years, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and leading your room team to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team within the nursery
- Support, mentor and guide staff to deliver outstanding practice
- Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Manager
- Act as a positive role model for both children and colleagues
- Create an engaging, safe and enriching environment for all children
Qualifications Required: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Working Hours: Between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with variable shifts, 43.75 hours per week
