Qualifications Required: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team
- Provide support and guidance to staff members
- Assume leadership in the absence of the manager
- Be a positive role model for children and staff
- Foster an enriching environment for children within the nursery
Working Hours: 07:00 am - 18:00 pm, with variable hours between these times, totaling 43.75 hours per week.
