Little Genius Day Nursery in City of London is seeking an experienced Early Years Room Leader to guide the Baby/Toddler/Pre-School room while remaining hands-on with the children and supporting your team to provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
You will lead day-to-day room operations, promote high-quality EYFS practice, maintain safe ratios and strong key-person practice, and support safeguarding and parental relationships.
