- Lead the day-to-day running of the pre-school, supporting and developing staff, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and working closely with our administrator and committee trustees to achieve the vision and long-term sustainability of the setting.
- Be a key person for a small group of children, building warm, positive relationships and working closely with their families to understand and support their individual needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging, stimulating activities that encourage children’s curiosity, learning and development in line with the EYFS.
- Create a safe, caring and welcoming environment where children feel valued, confident and encouraged to explore, learn and develop their independence.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, communicating openly and working in partnership to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child.
