Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Broxburn for an Early Years Manager. The Early Years Manager will oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, including supervising staff, ensuring compliance with childcare regulations, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children. The role involves planning and implementing educational programs, supporting staff development, and building relationships with families.
