Little Fish is on a mission to deliver exceptional sushi and pan-Asian cuisine to food lovers outside major cities. Led by a Michelin-trained, multi-award-winning Head Chef and Co-Founder, the business combines fine-dining credentials with an innovative click & collect and delivery model, delivering restaurant-quality food to rural communities. We partner with local shops, corporates, and retailers to extend our reach, and we’re now looking for a commercially minded Partnerships Manager to deepen existing relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing startup. The Partnerships Manager will own and develop Little Fish’s partnerships strategy, with a primary focus on:
- Maximising performance across our click & collect partner network
- Securing new B2B opportunities (corporate, retail, hospitality and community partners)
- Supporting selected partner-led events that directly drive brand awareness and sales
You’ll balance account management (optimising existing partners) with business development (sourcing new opportunities). Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll play a key role in shaping how partnerships contribute to revenue and long-term growth. This role suits someone comfortable working independently, building processes from scratch, and adapting in a dynamic startup environment. It will involve significant people management as the successful candidate will build a team around them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Click & Collect Partnerships (Core Focus)
- Source and onboard new click & collect partners in target areas using a defined selection methodology
- Build strong, lasting relationships with existing partners through regular communication and in-person visits
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications
- Develop systems to continuously improve partner management and performance
- Track, analyse and report on partner sales, engagement and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure partners actively promote Little Fish via their own channels
- Coordinate creation and distribution of partner marketing assets (A-boards, stickers, flyers, digital assets, etc.)
- Support joint marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media activity, tastings and direct mail
- In time, help build and manage a team of account managers as the partner network scales
- New Partnerships & B2B Growth
- Identify and secure new B2B relationships, including: corporate catering clients, local offices, retail partners, event organisers and hospitality venues
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and promote new partnerships effectively
- Support securing new retail partners (with fulfilment managed by Operations)
- Drive corporate partnership acquisition, with order management handled by the wider team
- Events (Selective and Strategic)
- Little Fish is not an events business. We participate only in events that act as a “profitable billboard” for the core brand.
- Build and maintain an annual partner-focused events calendar. The events themselves will be administered by different teams in the business
- Secure and support partner tastings, supper clubs, masterclasses and similar activations
- Keep event assets maintained and ready (banners, A-boards, etc.)
- Occasionally attend events when beneficial to partnerships or growth
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, account management or business development (food/hospitality a bonus)
- Strong relationship builder with confident communication skills
- Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
- Passionate about food and hospitality
- Happy to travel regularly across partner locations
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
- ÂŁ35,000 to ÂŁ45,000 per annum, plus significant performance-based incentives linked to partnership growth and results. Salary is negotiable according to experience
- Generous staff discount and monthly food credit
- A dynamic, supportive startup environment where you can make a real impact
- The opportunity to shape a key commercial function from the ground up
- Strong scope for professional development and career progression as the business scales
- Flexible hybrid working
- Close collaboration with the founders in an ambitious, growing team
