We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Partnerships Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our partnership team, sitting within our Digital Product Team.
You’ll own rate codes, room mapping, GDS connectivity and parity control across our Hotels & Resorts, Experiences and Events partners – working directly with them to ensure everything appears and functions correctly on our side.
This role keeps our partnership product accurate and scalable, ultimately delivering exceptional value to our B2C members and My LER advisors, working closely with the Partnerships, Marketing and Technology teams.
Reports to: Chief Product Officer & VP, Partnerships
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Own rate codes, room mapping, GDS connectivity and hotel data accuracy across Hotels & Resorts, Experiences and Events.
- Run ongoing rate audits and parity checks, verifying negotiated rates, amenities and contracted terms across all distribution channels.
- Build strong partner relationships and oversee onboarding, ensuring hotel and other partners function correctly on our side.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex data, rate and partner issues.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships, Marketing and Technology teams to continuously improve processes as the partner portfolio scales.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and develop the Partnership Operations team, setting clear performance expectations and supporting career progression.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement, keeping the team aligned with business goals and service standards.
- Track team performance against KPIs and report on operational health to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in travel partner distribution (hotels and experiences), GDS and rate/content operations, including room/product configuration and rate mapping logic – with knowledge of systems such as Amadeus and Synxis.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams within a travel operations, partnerships or distribution environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues at scale.
- Strong organisational skills, managing competing priorities and driving operational improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications, and comfortable with emerging AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude).
