Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front of House Staff at our nursery. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming, positive experience for all our parents and visitors. This role involves direct interaction with families, managing administrative tasks, and helping to ensure a seamless service flow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Nursery Experience required
- Childcare L2/ L3 qualification desirable
- Desirable customer service training
- To be familiar with platforms such as Famly, brightwheel, Procare Solutions, Lillio (formerly HiMama), LineLeader by ChildcareCRM, and KINDERPEDIA.
- Be the welcoming face of the nursery, greeting parents and children each day and serving as their primary point of contact via email and phone.
- Organize and oversee settling-in sessions for new children.
- Lead the Nursery Operations team (including kitchen and cleaning staff), working collaboratively to maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen operations. Familiar with children diaries and restriction.
- Assist the nursery manager with compliance tasks, such as conducting in-person Right to Work verifications, (Pinpoint, Zinc).
- Be a role model for operational excellence, maintaining high standards, embracing feedback, and never cutting corners.
- Manage parent communications, ensuring timely responses to emails, addressing parent surveys, processing session change requests, and ensuring personal tours are conducted on schedule.
- Managing Rota and agency attendance
- Dealing with invoices and extra day purchases
- Familiar with "Enjoy Benefit"
- Liase with nursery manager and report parents and teams enquiries
- Have understanding of Safeguarding and whistleblowing
- Understanding Ofsted
- Work under pressure and multi task
