We are recruiting for a skilled Nursery Practitioner Room Manager in Lee to lead and inspire our early years practitioners, delivering high-quality care and education. Our nursery features state-of-the-art facilities, bright indoor rooms, and outdoor areas. Salary for Room Manager ranges from £33K to £34K per annum, full-time (40 hours/week), 5 days a week. Requirements include: At least 1 year’s experience in a Nursery Practitioner or leadership role Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years childcare Excellent knowledge of EYFS & Statutory framework Strong communication skills Ability to lead and inspire Passion for child development Flexibility and role modeling Good time management Experience with Ofsted inspections and EYFS Build a culture of kindness, transparency, and leadership Additional info: Position requires an Enhanced DBS and references Mandatory safeguarding training and checks Equal Opportunities Employer Committed to safeguarding children and young people Bonus details: £500 paid after joining, another £500 after 6 months, tax and NI deducted.
