Nursery Room Manager – Little Elms Daycare Nursery & Pre-Schools
Location: Little Elms Beckenham, Elm Road
Compensation: £32,000 – £33,000 per year (full-time, 40 hours per week, 4 days a week)
Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to be based in our Beckenham Road Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms with outdoor play areas. The role includes leading the nursery room, delivering high standards of care and education in line with EYFS requirements.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Demonstrated passion for working with children
