We are a family run childcare provider with the aim to provide affordable childcare for all families and the highest salary recognition for qualified practitioners. We support unqualified team members through our apprenticeship program.
We are currently recruiting for skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner Room Manager to be based in Lee Nursery to join our management team to lead and inspire our team of early years practitioners to deliver the highest care and education to all children. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.
Room Manager salary is from £32K up to £33K per annum, depending on experience, working Full time (40 hours per week) – 5 days a week.
To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner Room Manager role you must have:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to use your own initiative to lead and inspire a team
- Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
- Be flexible and a great role model for the team
- Have great time management and passion to deliver the highest quality education and care
- Have experience in leading Ofsted inspection and a clear understanding of the EYFS
- Build a culture of kindness, transparency and commitment for the role of a leader

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references. The successful candidate will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
