We employ passionate people of various levels of qualification across our business. We have Level 5, Level 3 and Level 2 practitioners as well as apprentices starting out in their childcare journey.

Induction, Training & Support

All staff are welcomed to Little Elms via our Head Office induction and ongoing training from our training academy. The support in role does not stop there, we have a wealth of knowledge within each setting and staff are provided with Supervisions to help them be the very best they can.
