We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Bromley Nursery, located next to Norman Park. The nursery offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including bright, spacious indoor rooms and fabulous outdoor areas. The role is full time (40 hours per week – 4 days a week) and pays up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a welcome bonus of up to £2,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience working with babies.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of birth to five matters.
- Use one’s own initiative and work well within a team.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year’s experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent.
- Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and statutory framework.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion to be shown in day‑to‑day interaction with children.
