Our Beckenham nursery is looking for Qualified Nursery Assistants to work as bank staff covering shifts on a zero‑hours contract.

Ideal candidate must have:
- A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
- Experience working in a nursery
- An interest in working with young children (from 0‑5 years)
- Team‑player attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative
- A passion for the Early Years
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high‑quality early‑year education and care
- Assist in planning and organising children’s activities
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents
- Support children’s development and well‑being in line with nursery policy
