Be a part of our warm and dedicated team at Little Elms Daycare, dedicated to providing the best start in early education. We employ passionate people of various levels of qualification across our business. We have Level 5, Level 3 and Level 2 practitioners as well as apprentices starting out in their childcare journey.

Induction, Training & Support

All staff are welcomed to Little Elms via our Head Office induction and ongoing training from our training academy. The support in role does not stop there, we have a wealth of knowledge within each setting and staff are provided with Supervisions to help them be the very best they can.
