Location: Little Elms Beckenham Queens Road

Compensation: £30,160 - £33,000 per year (up to £33,000 per annum) for full‑time (40 hours per week, 4 days a week)

Up to £2,000 Welcome Bonus – paid in two instalments: £500 after joining and £500 upon completion of probation (six months, unless extended). The bonus is subject to normal tax and NI deductions.

The company cannot sponsor employment of international workers. You must provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS & statutory framework.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to use your own initiative.
  • Passion to be shown in your day‑to‑day interaction with children.
