Working hours: Monday to Friday (6pm-8pm)

Location: Little Elms Daycare Nursery Lee - 84 Handen Road, SE12 8NR

All positions are subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references. Successful candidates will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Key Responsibilities:

  • General Cleaning Duties: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting surfaces (desks, shelves, window sills, etc.); emptying trash cans and replacing liners; cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Restroom Cleaning: Sanitizing toilets and sinks; replenishing soap, toilet paper, and paper towels; mopping and disinfecting restroom floors; ensuring restrooms are clean, fresh, and odor-free.
  • Disinfection and Sanitization: Wiping down high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.); using disinfectants in line with safety guidelines; following infection control protocols.
  • Time Management: Completing tasks within allocated timeframes; following assigned schedules and checklists; prioritising urgent cleaning tasks when necessary.
