Join Our Amazing Nursery Team in Shirley! We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant Shirley nursery! This is your chance to work in a welcoming, purpose-built environment featuring bright and spacious indoor rooms alongside fabulous outdoor play areas – the perfect space for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
Competitive Salary – Up to £29,120 per year! Depending on your qualifications and experience, you could earn up to £29,120 per annum. We offer full-time positions at 40 hours per week, with flexible working options:
- 4 days a week with one full day off (7:30am – 6:15pm)
- Or 5 days with varied shift patterns
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Level 2/3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Childcare

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Shirley Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas. To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner role you must have:
