We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to be based in our Sydenham Nursery. The nursery offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms with fabulous outdoor areas.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework and SEND
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to use own initiative
- Passion demonstrated in day‑to‑day interaction with children
Additional Requirements
- Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references
- Completion of online safeguarding training
- All positions subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the DBS
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary: up to £31,200 per annum (Full time, 40 hours per week).
- Working pattern is 4 days a week or 5 days from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
