Creative Strategy Lead to join our Agency team. Is this your next opportunity?
Reporting to the Head of Creative Productions, the Creative Strategy Lead is responsible for developing original content and creative strategies for some of the world's leading brands, broadcasters, publishers and platforms.
Working across creative strategy and development, you'll transform audience insight, client objectives, cultural trends and platform behaviours into bold, audience-first ideas.
From responding to briefs and developing original content formats to crafting compelling pitch narratives and presenting creative concepts, you'll play a key role in shaping our creative output and winning new business.
The ideal candidate will have a notable background in creative strategy and the development of original content, backed up by a strong portfolio that showcases your best triumphs, creative skillsets, and a diverse range of clients to show cultural and strategic range.

- HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Developing original, insight-led creative concepts in response to client briefs.
- Building creative strategies and campaign platforms rooted in client objectives, audience insight, platform behaviour and culture.
- Translating client objectives, brand positioning, tone of voice and audience insight into distinctive creative ideas, formats and campaigns.
- Developing premium original content formats across social, digital, branded content and broadcast.
- Crafting compelling pitch decks and presentation narratives that communicate strategic thinking and creative ideas with clarity and impact.
- Presenting creative concepts and strategic thinking to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Leading creative workshops and ideation sessions, bringing together cross-functional teams to develop bold, audience-first ideas.
- Collaborating with designers, producers, editors and wider teams to shape and refine ideas from brief through to handover.
- Championing audience-first thinking, ensuring every idea is platform-native, strategically sound and tailored to the right audience.
- Identifying emerging trends, cultural moments and platform innovation to inspire fresh creative thinking and uncover new opportunities for clients.
- Contributing to new business opportunities and the continued evolution of the creative department.

- Exceptional conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
- Outstanding pitch deck creation and narrative-building skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
