We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network currently on a quest to find a Producer to join our Creative Production Studio team on a fixed term basis, working on a football YouTube account for a major UK broadcaster based in Manchester. As the account's Producer, you will lead the editorial vision and production across all layers of original content. We’re looking for someone obsessed with football content, a true superfan of the sport, its content, creators, and culture - someone who can turn their passion into creative, digital storytelling that engages and delights!

Digital expertise, especially YouTube, is essential: you’ll bring a deep understanding of its trends, tone, and community, and adapt these formats for both low-fi, reactive content and higher-production storytelling. Our ideal candidate will be a hands-on producer with strong creative development skills, capable of achieving the highest standard in unscripted storytelling for digital content. You’ll be technically proficient, filming formats and capturing audio to a professional standard. With strong editorial skills, you will routinely ensure every piece of content aligns with the channel’s voice, pacing, and audience. Experience in in-house creative studios, digital production companies, publishers, or TV for unscripted digital and social originals is essential. This role is ideal for someone highly creative, able to work independently, and excited to collaborate within a small and mighty team!

Plus all the usuals such as pension contributions, annual leave, and office perks like free lunches, socials, and health treatments!

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Maintaining the editorial vision for the YouTube channel and leading production across all layers of original content.
  • Collaborating with in-house agency teams on insights and strategy to inform trend-led, innovative content.
  • Overseeing post-production, providing creative direction and approvals for edits, graphics, captions, and optimisation.
  • Running development calls with potential on-screen talent and their agents.
  • Coordinating with external partners, influencers, agencies, and event organisations.
  • Maintaining relationships with events, agents, publishers, production crews, and casting producers.
  • Working within defined budgets and managing compliance/sign off workflows with confidence.
  • Communicating with other stakeholders on the client’s side to arrange access to Talent.

What You Need to Succeed

Strong editorial and creative instincts for social storytelling, with the ability to shape content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice. Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a small, agile team. Excellent writing skills, a talent for problem solving, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in a similar role at a content company, commercial broadcaster, advertising or media agency. Familiarity with Adobe Suite and a strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere. InDesign, Google Slides, and PowerPoint are also useful. An awareness and interest in the landscape of television, digital, audio, and social platforms in the UK and US is important.
