As Channel Ops Lead, you will oversee our day-to-day publishing operations across YouTube and Facebook, supervising the teams responsible for scheduling and platform coordination to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and to a consistent standard. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to act as the operational link between our central teams and client facing teams.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Overseeing the work of the scheduling team across YouTube and Facebook, ensuring content is published accurately, on time and in line with schedules provided by the wider business.
- Reviewing and quality assuring all content ahead of publishing, ensuring videos and associated assets meet platform standards and are consistent in tone and presentation.
- Maintaining accountability for the accuracy of rights and metadata across all published content, ensuring the team is applying information correctly and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Monitoring workloads and priorities across the team, ensuring capacity is managed effectively and deadlines are met.
- Identifying and escalating any scheduling conflicts, rights issues or workflow inefficiencies to the Head of Channel and Platform Operations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for publishing queries from internal stakeholders, triaging and resolving where possible.
- Owning expertise in Little Dot Studios' proprietary technology, including CHIP and Krowten, working closely with relevant teams to develop the tools and ensure users are effectively trained and supported.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Platform knowledge: Solid understanding of YouTube and Facebook's publishing requirements, content standards and platform updates, with the ability to apply this to day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling & publishing operations: Experience overseeing content scheduling and publishing workflows at scale, with a strong eye for accuracy and detail across a high volume of content.
- Rights & metadata management: Working knowledge of digital rights and metadata requirements, with the ability to ensure correct application across a publishing team.
- Quality assurance: Proven ability to review and sign off content to a consistent standard, ensuring platform requirements and tone of voice are met across all output.
- Team coordination: Experience supervising or coordinating the work of a small team, managing priorities and workloads to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder communication: Clear and confident communicator, able to manage queries from internal and client teams and upscale issues appropriately.
- Organisational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously and keep operations running smoothly across platforms.
