Reports To: Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role will involve overseeing the execution of our day-to-day marketing of our group of 5 venues across London, as well as involvement in new site openings over the next 12 months. You will work closely with the marketing, sales and ops teams to deliver campaigns across the group and ensure our marketing is consistently driven across all platforms. The role has a strong focus on copywriting and visuals and executing day-to-day marketing tasks. The successful candidate will be very hands-on and bring our brand to life online, with excellent copywriting skills, an eye for photo and video, experience in collating UGC style content for social media, a knack for closely following brand guidelines and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
2-3 years' experience with copy and visual is a must, and experience with site openings and multi-site hospitality groups is preferable along with the ability to work autonomously under the direction of the marketing manager and director. The candidate must have experience on Photoshop, updating websites using CMS and organising brand asset libraries. Key Responsibilities- Copywriting - excellent copywriting skills for the website, newsletters and new listings, new events or press releases. English must be the first language or fully professionally and conversationally fluent.
- Photography and Videography – execute photo and video shoots at the sites ensuring the studio delivers the brand guidelines.
- Email Marketing and CRM – email marketing copywriting.
- Website – Day-to-Day website updates and copywriting.
- Social Media Content Collation – aid the social media manager in collating content for UGC style reels for Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Execute Marketing Tasks for New Site Openings - take direction from marketing manager and director on tasks required for site openings.
- Execute B2B Marketing – including LinkedIn and marketing assets to drive corporate sales.
- Events Calendar – Execution of our marketing events calendar with marketing manager – including year-round celebrations like Halloween and New Years Eve and site-specific activations like PRIDE for our Soho Venues.
- Larger Campaigns and Events - execution year-around marketing campaigns, including launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Discounts and Offers - executes seasonal and affiliate offers with the marketing manager, such as mid-week discounts or local business initiatives.
- Has 2-3 years marketing experience in either Hospitality PR or multi-site restaurant/bar marketing.
- Has 2-3 years' experience in writing copy for hospitality brands.
- Likes to work autonomously, and under pressure, to help deliver new site openings.
- Full-time position based at The Little Orange Door in Clapham.
- One day a week WFH.
