Our Lozells store is a vibrant, fast-paced environment where we take pride in creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. We’re now looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Lozells team and continue delivering the exceptional service our customers love.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of front and back-of-house staff.
- Manage rotas, stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
- Drive sales performance and meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Maintain brand standards in presentation, hygiene, and quality at all times.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
- Collaborate with area management and franchise owners on business growth and performance reviews.
